Working as part of a fast paced team in a long established company, you will need an eye for detail whilst working to tight deadlines. We are looking for a team member who will be involved in processing goods from receipt through to delivery.

Your day will involve receiving supplier deliveries, checking them and processing them, preparing and packing up customer deliveries then planning your route and following that route to ensure all customers receive their deliveries in a timely and professional manner. This involves multiple deliveries within office hours.

As the face of the company when making deliveries, you will be friendly and will understand the importance of customer service. This role involves multiple drops throughout the day across the North East of England. A full and clean UK driving licence is required.

This role involves a lot of manual handling and so the ability to understand and utilise safe practices in handling of goods is important.

An ability to work with computer systems is needed; full training will be given. The role involves using route planning software as well as using a back office system to book stock in and out of the warehouse.

This role is Monday
- Friday with no weekend work and no bank holidays required. There is some flexibility required in the hours worked but as a general rule the hours are 7am to 4pm.

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
