Key duties/tasks include:
- Making outbound calls to customers - dealing with queries/quotes not yet purchased
- Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Chasing outstanding renewals
- Handling administrative tasks to comply with customer requirements
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations
- General account maintenance
- General administration duties in the office
They are looking for someone who has proven administration/customer service experience with a desire to develop your knowledge. This does not need to be within an insurance/broker setting but would be beneficial. You must have a customer-focused approachand strong attention to detail.
