We’re looking for a driven **Telesales Team Lead** to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing telesales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and delivering ongoing training to enhance skills and results. You’ll ensure high standards of customer service and compliance are maintained, while also managing team performance, reporting on key metrics, and supporting long-term customer relationships through effective oversight and leadership.

**Location**: Hybrid - Minimum 2 days per week in our Market Harborough office.

**Hours**: Full Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday)

**Salary**: £35,000 per annum

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Qualifications**
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field - or equivalent experience - is desirable but not essential.

**Experience & Knowledge**
- Proven experience in telesales or direct sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role, including coaching, training, and performance management.
- Background in call centre or high-volume sales environments.
- Strong understanding of telesales techniques, lead qualification, and the end-to-end sales process.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics, for managing customer interactions and tracking performance.
- Knowledge of call centre operations, including call monitoring, quality assurance, and productivity metrics.

**Technical & Behavioural Competencies**
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and drive high performance.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, including consultative selling and objection handling, with the ability to coach these effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the confidence to lead team discussions, deliver training, and engage with customers.
- Customer-focused approach, ensuring high service standards and handling customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance data, interpret sales metrics, and adapt strategies to improve results.
- Effective problem-solver, able to manage challenges within the team or with customers calmly and decisively.
- Highly organised and goal-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a dynamic, results-driven setting.
