**Role Overview**
An unexpected opening has arisen for an Estate Administrator to support a dynamic, exciting and busy property management team on a day-to-day basis. Due to the unique and varied nature of the work, the role requires someone who is extremely proactive and wishes to make a difference to the team. The right person will support and assist in a wide range of work including co-ordinating and overseeing property inspections on all types of built assets and estates, produce, manage and oversee works orders and invoices, and being responsible for the management of the property database which is an essential tool for the success of the team.

The Rural Management (RM) department in Winchester consists of 16 staff, within an office of 45. The RM department includes Graduates and Surveyors, and is led by a number of Directors. It is a_ _fast paced department made up of 8 Directors, 8 Surveyors including Graduates and 2 Estate Administrators._ _The Estate Administrators work across a number of teams to proactively manage our client’s property portfolios.
The role would suit someone able to work at a fast accurate pace, who has excellent attention to detail and is able to prioritise work to provide effective support. This team has a flexible approach so please discuss what this might look like for your role in your discussions and interview.
**Key Responsibilities of the Role**
- Provide day to day support to the team in managing our client’s property portfolios
- Maintain property management database with tenancy and compliance data, ensuring compliance issues are kept up to date
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants and contractors for property repairs and maintenance
- Maintain property files (hard and soft)
- Provide system support to colleagues
- Arrange compliance inspections
- Maintain records and generate reports
- Obtain quotations and arrange contractor visits and works orders for both planned and reactive maintenance and minor works
- Facilitate prompt payment to contractors
- Maintain the Tenancy Deposit Scheme process
**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Experience_
