Handy Man

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
- Conduct repairs on fixtures, appliances, and furniture as needed.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete work within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and stamina for manual labour tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with clients.
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
- Relevant certifications in plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry are advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £16.76-£17.46 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
