Birmingham’s Grand Hotel on Colmore Row is housed in one of the city’s most iconic buildings.

This landmark Grade II* listed building has been brought back to life combining beautifully restored classic and original Victorian features with modern service and style that compliments a vibrant and diverse Birmingham in the 21st century.

The Grand Hotel features 185 bedrooms and extraordinary suites, a glamorous cocktail bar, a buzzing New York style restaurant, and eight magnificent meeting and event rooms - as well as the spectacular, Louis XIV-style Grand Ballroom.

**Hotel Graduate Management Programme**:
**The Grand Hotel Birmingham Graduate Management Programme - in partnership with De Vere Hotel & Events**

Our Graduate Management Programme is an accelerated management development programme to give you experience working within hotel operations, meetings and events. Over the course of the programme, you will undertake tailored rotations, working your way up from an operational team member level, learning skills in each department whilst receiving mentoring from a senior manager and benefiting from a range of development opportunities.

Rotations will include Meetings & Events Operations, Restaurant, Bar, Front Office, Kitchen, Guest Services and Housekeeping, with the opportunity to gain further exposure in a specialist function including Finance, Sales, Reservations or Human Resources. However as we are keen to support our Graduate Managers to take control of their own development, you will have the opportunity to tailor your rotations based on your personal career aspirations.

You will also meet regularly with fellow Graduate Managers as we partner our programme with De Vere Hotels & Event venues, to complete regular development modules and therefore travel will on occasion be required to other De Vere Hotel properties.

**About You**

**You must be available to start on a full time basis working a variety of shifts, including earlies, lates and weekends from Monday 2nd September 2025.**
