Are you looking to embark on a career within CAD design? Do you have experience within a design role in the construction sector but want to work for a business with exciting growth plans? We're partnering with a firm who have worked on some amazing projectsboth in the public and private sector to recruit for an additional Design Technician. This role comes at a time when the business have won some exciting projects and need someone who can lead a project confidently.

**The role**:

- Manage own workload of construction/modular build projects
- Use AutoCAD 2D and AutoDesk Revit to create technical drawings
- See designs through to approval stage
- Ensure an accurate working knowledge of regulatory bodies and legislation
- Build and maintain relationships with internal colleagues
- Ensure strong working relationships are built with external colleagues, such as third-party contractors/consultants and provide assistance where necessary
- Provide accurate and timely information on drawings provided, including materials used and manufacturer details

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
