Management Accountant/finance Business Partner

An experienced Finance Business Partner is required to join a fast growth, highly acquisitive, PE backed business based near Weybridge. If you are an ambitious and commercially focused finance professional looking for an operationally focused, stakeholderdriven environment.

This organisation is a fast growing facility services business and is offering a role that is critical to driving commercial growth across the UK business units.

This role requires someone who wants to work closely with finance and non-finance professionals in a partnering role with full exposure to key stakeholders and other functional business heads within the senior management structure.

**The Role**
- Commercial lead for contractual change control notifications and liaison with the clients regarding pricing of new buildings / assets / site closures / other changes working closely with the account team to ensure optimisation of the process as well asan accurate and consistent approach.
- Be the contractual expert for the assigned contracts, supporting the team to ensure a detailed understanding to protect both parties from external and internal risks
- Ensure timely and accurate financial forecasting including P&L, cash, client forecasting requirements and the budget planning process. Also proactive management of the billing process and cash collection.
- Ensure commercial control of additional services and projects delivery process e.g. supplier selection; additional services and projects sign off process; financial performance of variable works; scope change sign off process and reporting for both ISSand the client.
- Keep a clear track of all commercial risks and opportunities and drive actions to mitigate and maximise respectively, including driving opportunities for additional scope to deliver (growth).
- Working closely with the account teams to ensure optimisation of processes and spend as well as an accurate and consistent approach to profitable growth
- Supply chain governance including working closely with the account team and Procurement to align to optimise supplier maintenance agreements through flow down agreements aligned to the client contract as well as account reconciliation.
- Proactive identification, assessment and management of financial and commercial risks

**Your Profile**
- Qualified Accountant or Actively studying (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
- Strong communicator able to communicate with clients, operations, suppliers, and team.
- Evidence of strong understanding of the importance of process and control within Finance.
- Ability to highlight problems, offer practical solutions, and support their execution
- Commercial acumen, as well as experience of understanding relationships between key financial and non-financial business value drivers.
- Evidence of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Evidence of building trust with a team; allowing direct conversations and not sanitising message
- Experience of having worked successfully in a virtual team.
- Professional, committed, conscientious, pro-active and innovative.
- Positive attitude to change and ability to be flexible to the changing priorities of the role.
- Ability to prioritise workloads appropriately.

**Salary & Benefits**

£50,000 - £55,000, 10% bonus, 25 days holiday per year, pension and medical/life cover. Parking is available on site, alternatively the office is close to the train station and served by bus routes as well.
