About The Role
The RAC Financial Services & Insurance Department is expanding and keen to welcome you within our Bradley Stoke office in Bristol**.**:

- Working hours are 35 hours per week across Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
- Hybrid role (two days on-site working - normally at our Bradley Stoke RAC Office in BRISTOL).

It is a supportive team who are easy to get alongwith.We are looking for a new** Senior Pricing Analyst **Colleague with **Data Scientist skillset **who can come and join the RAC as** Together, we ar e all #OrangeHeroes.**
**Role purpose**
This **Senior Pricing Analyst**vacancy truly offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious and looking to embark on a career in Financial Services and Insurance Pricing.You will establish Key Relationships with Lexis Nexis, Creditagencies, DVLA and Aggregators.
Here at the RAC we will give you exposure to a varied workload liaising with all areas of the business on a day-to-day basis, you can expect to support the wider team in:

- Support development of the RAC retail optimisation models
- Define the constraints, key inputs and required output and present financial proposals for internal sign off
- Test and manage performance of live optimisation models
- Working with the analytics team develop optimisation models that achieve the business targets
- Test and deploy new analytical techniques to improve the accuracy of commission optimisation models and sub models
- Develop additional capability and data flows to improve the accuracy of the optimisation model
- Working within agreed pricing governance processes in line with regulatory responsibility
- Ensure modelling protects customers who are most vulnerable
- Manage LTV model to allow quick evaluation of optimisation models

**Qualifications**
We are looking for our new **Senior Pricing Analyst** who can evidence awareness of Data Science techniques and knowledge of WTW Radar / Earnix, Python. Where possible the RAC do like to promote and nurture our own talent but don’t worry trainingand support would be available to bridge any gaps of company knowledge where required.
To work within our RAC Insurance Pricing team you will need to be pragmatic, flexible, dedicated, and thrive within a fast-paced environment.We are keen to hire someone that is self-motivated and has the following personal attributes Skills/Knowledge andability to demonstrate Experience in the following areas:
