Are you looking for a new opportunity to work within Children and Young Peoples services in an award winning, innovative and dynamic team?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our Mental Health Support Team in Lincoln as a Clinical Lead Practitioner. This is a diverse and enjoyable role where practitioners will hold a small caseload of young people alongside providing direct support and engagement to education settings.

The applicants will need clinical experience of providing therapeutic intervention. Ideally this would be with children and young people, although all experience will be taken into consideration.

Qualified CBT Therapists or therapists in other modalities, Registered Mental Health Nurses, Registered Learning Disability Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers all welcome to apply.

The Mental Health Support Teams (MHST's) are part of a new and expanding service across Lincolnshire which supports children and young people aged 5-18 within school and college settings who are presenting with mild to moderate mental health needs. We are working with our education settings to implement Public Health England's Whole School Approach, part of which will be to deliver training and promote awareness to create an inclusive educational environment
