Our workforce at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board comprises of over 16,000 people, and comprises a range of roles and specialities. This role will be part of our OD team, responsible for a portfolio of OD pieces of work and be involved in discreet OD requests for support.

We're looking for an experienced OD practitioner, who can work across the organisation to gain OD insights, deliver against a programme of OD projects, line manage two of the team and be instrumental in delivery of our Workforce and OD People Plan.

We work in an agile way, with flexibility to work from offices in Cwmbran as the main 'base', and remotely (from home) and across all our sites in the AB patch.

The post holder will possess Organisation Development expertise and will be involved in highly complex Organisational Development issues including analysis and interpretation of a range of diagnostics/psychometrics, and design and delivery of OD plans and interventions.

They will have responsibility for, strategic and professional direction in relation to:

- Talent Management and Succession Planning, supporting the Head of Organisational Development to implement the Health Board's Talent Management and Succession Planning Framework
- Delivery of learning and development and OD interventional work

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

This post is fixed term for 6 months due to - meet the needs of the service
