Learning and Development Specialist

Salary 30,000 - 35,000

Reading, Berkshire (One day per week from home)

The role

Working within the L&D team you will be instrumental in the design and delivery of training across the business. With a large part of the role focused on Early Careers, Apprenticeships and Sales Training.

Working within the projects you will be support the digital learning designers working with them to scope, build and deliver training solutions in a blended learning style.

Supporting the wider business

Reviewing processes and seeing how these can be improved

Proof reading material and content before it is distributed

Editing content

Manage and monitor the engagement and attendance with the course

What you will need to be successful

You will need to be exceptionally well organised and have very good attention to details.

Experience of working in L&D and end to end design and have a background of also delivering a blended learning approach to the individuals you will have experience. Needless to say, in a role where you are training you will need excellent interpersonal skills,excellent communication skill and excellent presentation skills.

Able to travel to other UK offices

Experience of working in a similar role that demonstrates your skills in Learning and Development
