Wall Colmonoy are recruiting a number of key roles within the Alloy Products division for manufacture of superior metallic powder alloys.

We operate a three shift system of Morning, Afternoons and Nights on a medium to heavy manufacturing operation with a salary of £10.00/hour plus shift allowance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Follow the work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure that the process/processes are carried our correctly within the department
- Adhere to designated health and safety melting practices for your work area and department including all safe systems of work. Adhere to health and safety policy.
- Meet daily production plan melting targets to ensure manufacturing program is being met and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are on target.
- Support departmental continuous improvement tasks and projects while highlighting improvement opportunities.
- Ensure good standards of housekeeping and storage are maintained within the work area during your shift
- Ensure all environmental aspects and waste segregation are followed daily

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience within a hands-on demanding manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in fast moving manufacturing operations which includes multi-tasking.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Positive flexible can do attitude
- Ability to problem solve and propose improvement ideas
- Good Health & Safety principles

The role requires an individual who is prepared to take ownership and be accountable for the manufacturing process.
