We are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent **Transport Administrator** to join our team in **Avonmouth**, working in a partnership with one of our supermarket customers at their distribution center. You will be working on a **4 on 4 off shift pattern, 18:00-06:00**. **Pay, benefits and more**:
We are looking to offer an hourly rate of **£13.08**. In addition, we offer holiday pay, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as access to a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you will do on a typical day**:

- Undertake control of the yard desk
- Ensure tachograph control is in line with legal requirements
- Handle day to day queries from drivers, customers and other internal departments
- Ensure that all drivers are debriefed and that all the paperwork is compliant

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in a similar role highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Working Time Directives and EU Drivers hours
- Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced transport department
