Are you a passionate mixologist or an aspiring bartender with a flair for creativity and a love for meeting new people? Platform Cocktail Bar is hiring We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Mixologist/Bartender to join our vibrant team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Cocktail Crafting**:
Develop and execute creative and visually appealing cocktail recipes.
Ensure consistent production of high-quality, well-balanced cocktails.

**Customer Service**:
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Interact with customers, offering recommendations and personalized suggestions based on their preferences.

**Bar Operations**:
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, adhering to health and safety standards.
Handle cash transactions efficiently and maintain an accurate cash drawer.

**Collaboration**:
Work as a team player, collaborating with other staff members for seamless service.
Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience as a Mixologist or Bartender is preferred but not required; we welcome fast learners
- Friendly, outgoing, and bubbly personality.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Tidy and organized work habits.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £7.37-£13.34 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
