Hours: 37.5 Full Time

Location: Bath, BANES with some remote working

Contract Type: Permanent

**The Role**:

- The Primary Care team will manage a caseload of service users (primarily opioid users) working in close collaboration with GPs, partner agencies and other health and social care professionals. They will also help broker a package of holistic support to build resilience and improve people’s ability to live independently._

We are excited to be recruiting for a Team Leader, to manage our Primary Care Team based within our B&NES Treatment Service, and are looking for applicants who will share our passion for our values, and our commitment to our client groups and our local communities.

You will be joining an experienced Drug Engagement Team that works hard to support each other, and to deliver an exceptional service to our clients

If you have a broad knowledge of treatment services, interventions offered and can demonstrate the skills necessary to lead, motivate and supervise a busy Primary Care team, we would love to hear from you.

**A Driving Licence with access to a vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.**
