Cutover Manager

**Cutover Manager - D365 F&O
£500 - £600 per day Outside IR35
Hybrid - Home working and home counties
6 months initially**

Investigo are pleased to be supporting a well-known brand with their search for a Cutover Manager to support a successful Dynamics 365 F&O go-live. To be considered for this position you must have experience delivering cutover and business readiness dutieswithin a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation programme.
- Deliver high quality Cutover outcomes for the D365 implementation
- Draft the Cutover Strategy for the D365 go-live
- Draft the Cutover Plan in coordination with multiple programme and business stakeholders
- Plan and drive activities to ensure that the cutover plan is tested and improved during the project
- Ensure a collaborative, transparent way of working within the Cutover stream, across all teams
- Ensure the Cutover plans are well defined and signed off by the business and programme teams
- Ensure cutover requirements (both business and programme) are aligned to the functional solution and in line with the data migration strategy
- Ensure cutover activities meets the business and solution requirements for the Project
- Ensure the Cutover stream has accurate, insightful tracking and analytics to demonstrate progress to plan or areas requiring additional support or escalation with either the business or programme team.
- Coordinate the cutover work such that it meets the timelines of the Dynamics project
- Project and proactively identify and raise risks and issues where timelines or quality levels are not going to be met
- Pro-actively work with key Suppliers & the clients colleagues to identify and manage key risks & issues relating to delivery work
- Manage work / tasks and information flows for the cutover stream
