**Job Overview**:

- **Reporting to - Head of Compliance**

**Purpose of Role**

You will be working as part of a small compliance team. Managing a full and comprehensive CAFM management system in support of the Mitie contract. This includes, but is not limited to; management of the asset register, creating PPM schedules and routes in the CAFM system based on manufacturers recommendations & SFG20 maintenance regimes. Producing reports to key stakeholders in accordance with delivery requirements and being the single point of contact for everything MAXIMO related.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Ensure an effective and accurate CAFM system, which supports FM delivery and Life cycle planning
- To undertake updates to Maximo including assets, job plans, locations and PPM information
- Provide or organise Maximo training/familiarisation for members of the wider Corsham team
- Ensure CAFM data and reporting systems are available and meet business needs.
- Provide support to the Compliance Team

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Understanding of Facilities Management (FM) operational activities
- Experience & working knowledge of CAFM computer systems (Maximo, Planet, TABS etc)
- Background in compliance or IT Systems management or Administration
