Neighbourhood Allocations Advisor

**Location**: Hybrid Remote in Widnes, Cheshire

**Salary**: £28,686 - £33,748

**The Vacancy**

Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a Neighbourhood Allocations Advisor to join our vibrant organisation.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage the administration of Property Pool Plus applicants, including advertising, shortlisting and selection
- Complete thorough comprehensive checks on all shortlisted applicants
- Work towards property lettings targets by undertaking viewings and efficient completion of sign-up responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the lettings process

**What You’ll Need**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of the Property Pool Plus allocations scheme and policies
- Comprehensive understanding of lettings and voids
- The ability to follow defined processes and procedures in a timely manner
- A full, valid UK driving licence
