We’re a small, design agency based in Leeds, working across brand, digital, product and content. We’re looking for a Junior Creative to join the team - someone versatile, proactive, and ready to grow.

We want someone who’s forward-thinking, hands-on, and excited about how fast the creative industry is evolving. Someone curious, adaptable, and willing to take on more responsibility as they go.

If you’re after a clock-in, clock-out 9-5, this isn’t for you. But if you want to carve your own path, learn fast, and help shape the work, there’s no ceiling here.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the design and development of brand assets
- Contribute to storyboarding, shot planning and content shoot preparation
- Collaborate with senior designers and provide early-stage concept development
- Actively participate in creative reviews, take notes and action feedback
- Manage files, layers, palettes and digital workspaces in an organised and professional manner
- Communicate clearly with the team and ask for clarification when needed
- Progress your technical and creative skills outside studio hours as part of your development
- Ability to research tools, trends and visual references that can support and inspire projects

**You should have**:

- Strong design instincts and sharp-ish attention to detail
- Skills in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
- Interest in 3D, motion, videography (we’ll help you grow into it)
- Native-level English - written and spoken
- Full-time commitment - this is not a freelance or remote role
- A future-facing mindset - open to new tools, new formats and new ways of working
- Initiative in general

This isn’t a freelance or remote role. You’ll need to be UK-based, fluent in English, and either in Leeds or able to travel. We work in the studio because collaboration matters. There’s potential for hybrid working in the future, but for now, this is full-time studio-based.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
