Clydebuilt Group is seeking a **Junior UPVC Order Processor** to support our team in processing UPVC window and door product orders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the industry while working with **Business Micros** software under the guidance of senior staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in processing orders for UPVC windows, doors, and related products using **Business Micros** software.
- Review customer orders and ensure that all information is accurately entered into the system.
- Communicate with the production and sales teams to clarify order details and resolve any discrepancies.
- Learn to interpret technical drawings and specifications with guidance from senior team members.
- Provide administrative support to the senior order processor team as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of processed orders and customer communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of the UPVC window and door industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with **Business Micros** software is a plus, but training can be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
