£11.52 per hour
**Overtime rate**: £17.28 per hour (after 37.5 hours)

Barker Ross is seeking dedicated Re-Work Operatives/Packers to join our team and work for our client based in Desborough. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and who are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Re-packing Chocolates**: Carefully re-pack chocolates to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for distribution.
**Working on the Production Line**: Assist in various stages of the production process, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
**Stacking Pallets**: Efficiently stack pallets to ensure safe and organized storage of products.
**Labelling Boxes**: Accurately label boxes with the correct product information, including batch numbers and expiration dates.
**Safety Awareness**: Be mindful of running machinery and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in operation to ensure a safe working environment.

**No Experience Needed**:

**Additional Information**:
**Attire**: You will be required to wear a hair net, overalls, gloves, and safety boots, all of which will be provided by the site to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
