We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our firm, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of personal injury claims, providing exceptional legal support and advice/regular updates to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a caseload of Low Value OIC personal injury claims from inception to completion.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and other professionals to gather evidence and information necessary for claims.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.
- Prepare legal documents, including court forms, witness statements, and correspondence.
- Negotiate settlements and handle discussions with third parties, insurers, and legal representatives.
- Keep abreast of changes in personal injury law and ensure compliance with legal regulations and protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management and billing records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Injury Fee Earner or similar role within a legal setting.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Proficient in case management software and MS Office Suite.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
