**About the role**

Working Monday to Friday on 8 hour shift rotation pattern 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm, the Transport and Warehouse Coordinator will be based at Liverpool (Simonswood) to provide support and co-ordination to the Warehouse & Transport operations to ensure the delivery of a high quality and cost-efficient service to customers.

You will be responsible for:

- Checking & Processing Receipt and Dispatch documentation
- Monitoring and escalating issues with the ORTEC system
- Entering Information onto the CHESS booking diary
- Recording additional chargeable Warehouse activity on spreadsheet for invoicing
- Supporting Team Leaders with the control of Loading bays
- Briefing and debriefing drivers.
- Tracking adherence to collection and delivery plans for both core fleet and sub
- Contractors.
- Escalating both potential and actual issues with collection and delivery plans
- Communicating with delivery and collection points to minimise the impact of any plan changes to service levels
- POD Scanning
- Providing administrative support to the Warehouse and Transport Teams
