**The Factory Operative **is responsible for erecting building modules using both powered and hand tools and equipment, and processing instructions from the Supervisor as requested ensuring quality, safety and minimising wastage.
The role offers an opportunity to develop your skills with continuous training, along with prospects of advancing within the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be physically fit, have an awareness of Health and Safety, excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle a busy workload and remain calm under pressure. Being an enthusiastic team player with a commitment to offering first class service is essential.

**Working Hours**
39 hours per week - 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 07:30am - 12:30pm Friday
