**About Us**

Baker Brothers is an independent, prestigious fine jeweller based in Bedford, known for our **exceptional craftsmanship, heritage, and luxury collections**. We are looking for a **creative and passionate Junior Content Creator** to join our team, producing high-quality digital content that showcases our stunning jewellery and watches.

**The Role**

As a **Junior Content Creator**, you will be responsible for **photography, videography, social media content, and copywriting**. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content that enhances our online presence, engages customers, and reflects the luxury nature of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Capture high-end product photography and videography** for social media, e-commerce, and campaigns.
- Edit images and videos using **Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools**.
- Create engaging **Instagram Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content**.
- Write compelling **product descriptions, blog posts, and social media captions** in a luxury tone of voice.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop high-quality assets for social media, web, and advertising campaigns using **Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator**.
- Assist in managing our **website CMS (Shopify, WordPress, Magento)** to upload and maintain content.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and engaging with the community.
- Support administrative marketing tasks such as reporting, data entry, and asset management.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on insights
- Conduct competitor research on luxury jewellery and watch brands and their trends to inspire creative content ideas.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company expectations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in **content creation**, photography, videography, or social media marketing**.
- Strong **photo and video editing skills** (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of **luxury branding and digital storytelling**.
- Experience creating **engaging social media content** (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Excellent copywriting skills with a **refined and elegant tone of voice**.
- Good **graphic design**skills **(Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)** is a plus.
- Passion for jewellery, watches, and luxury lifestyle brands.

Pay: £20,854.00-£25,000.00 per year
