The Business Management Office is responsible for the group’s ongoing planning, administrative and organizational development activities. These include management of the Financials, Headcount, Real Estate and Vendor Management Planning Processes, as well as providing ongoing support to the ICG Production Management and Technology Risk & Control Leadership Team. This is a global role and will be a key resource supporting the Production Management Business Office for ICG Technology Production Management reporting to the Production Management Business Office Human Capital Lead. **Key Responsibilities Include**: - Assisting Business Office Human Capital Lead to understand and track the organization’s headcount, identify trends and resolve issues as they emerge, in addition to ensuring, accuracy in reporting, onboarding and termination of resources. - Support the Human Capital Lead in providing monthly headcount reconciliation and headcount walks to aid in the accuracy of reporting - Working closely with Human Capital Lead to create weekly hiring reviews, in addition to providing open roles and recruitment status updates required for Senior management - Assist with Location Strategy and Real Estate Reporting and Target Analysis - Support ongoing Headcount analysis to aide the PS central finance team in their Management of monthly forecasting, transfer processes, mid-year and annual budgeting processes - Actively identify and implement process improvement opportunities - Complete and ensure timely and accurate submission of deliverables - Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to develop innovative solutions **Required Skills and Competencies** - Experience in Financial Services, preferably in a Finance, Business Office, Chief of Staff or CAO Role. - Excellent analytical and data mining skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - A good team player with a proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and can-do approach - Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative - Ability to manage deliverables within aggressive timeframes; ability to cope under time pressures - Experience with databases and information management - Advanced Microsoft office skills including demonstrated capabilities with Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas. **What we Offer**: As well as a competitive salary and consideration for a yearly discretionary bonus Citi offer; - 23 days paid annual leave - Award winning pension scheme, - Life assurance and - Private medical insurance with Bupa healthcare.
