Mixologist

Kahiki Chester will be the latest Bar from FW Industries Ltd, a fast growing hospitality group who specialise in the late night bar and club sector. We're looking for expert mixologists that can wow our customers with an array of stunning cocktails. Your beaming personality will also be key in creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. We can offer full or part time, contract hours, great pay, and tips.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.50 depending on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting & serving guests
- Intereacting with customers in a natural and friendly manner
- Creating and serving excellent cocktails with a sense of theatre
- Keeping the bar to a high standard whilst trading
- Taking payments and proper use of the till system
- Setting up the bar for the days service
- Closing down the bar to a good standard
- Maintaining a clean & hygienic bar and venue & adhering to company standards

**Requirements**:

- Be a sound individual, who's hard working, polite, friendly & confident
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be organised and able to multi task
- Have a good work ethic
- Prior experience is a must as you will lead the way in forming our identity as the premium cocktail bar in Chester
