**Exterior Painter**

**Location**:Predominantly Westminster with work in and around the Greater London area.

**Salary**:£33,000 per annum + Annual Bonus

Full Time and Permanent roles available with an immediate start

Our client carries out painting, restoration and cleaning to the finest residential and commercial properties in London - more than half of their projects are on listed buildings such as the ‘National Gallery’ and the ‘Bank of England’.

**The Role**:
The company are currently recruiting painters who feel they can offer the exceptional standards of work that the firm provide to their clients. Projects are typically in Westminster. Although they do have projects running in and around London. Their depotand offices are based in Park Royal. Car parking is available for staff at their offices.

**Essential Requirements and Experience**:

- Blue CSCS Card
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience and/or hold an NVQ in painting
- Previous experience of working on high-end projects and painting sash windows
- Experience using ‘Repair Care’ resin
- The majority of work will fall between Monday-Friday but the ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional nights and some weekends is preferable and will offer generous overtime rates

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience of working at heights in a predominantly outdoor environment.
- The ability to travel independently and preferably have a driving licence
- IPAF certification
- Experience in operating truck mount platforms (category 3a and self-propelled booms category 3b)
