**Finance Assistant**

**Location**: London

**Type of contract**: 6-month FTC

**The Role**

As Finance Assistant, this role forms part of the Omnicom Production finance team, supporting with job management, raising POs, and other administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Management and analysis of WIP balances including: managing studio and production jobs on D365, ensuring costs are properly recorded in D365, assisting in credit control.
- Resolution of accounts payable issues including vendor set up, aged payable queries and managing Pay when Paid requirements
- Assisting the team of Production Accountants.
- Client billing - utilising the management information system, Excel and D365 finance system and client systems.
- Maintenance of client CRM details on Omnipro and Workfront (management information systems) & D365 (Finance System).
- Maintaining internal controls including Sarbanes Oxley.
- Provide relevant reports and support to PM’s CD’s and Business Directors.
- Any other ad hoc requests.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Proven experience in client billing and WIP management, ideally in a creative production environment.
- Experience using D365 would be advantageous.
- Previous experience working in a shared service centre environment, with off-shored processes would be desirable.
- Hands-on and proactive individual that that can operate in a fast moving environment and work to corporate deadlines.
