The hotel has an opportunity available for x2 Housekeeping Valets, in a full-time position and a part-time position.

**Your duties will include**:

- Work closely with the Hotel Manager and Housekeeping team to manage and maintain team uniforms, guest laundry and dry-cleaning requirements.
- Establish close working relationships with all hotel departments and external suppliers.
- To deliver an outstanding welcoming experience to guests and team members.
- Deliver guest requests and assist the housekeeping time as directed.
- Operate in-house washing and drying equipment.
- 1 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Valet or similar role in a lifestyle or luxury environment.
- The ability to support the team in the delivery of Housekeeping duties and extra-ordinary customer care.
- Excellent organisational skills and experience of stock control.
- Exceptional customer care skills with the ability to deliver problem solving and service resolution and recovery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with everyone.

**Your hours of work**:
Reporting to the Hotel Manager and Housekeeping management, the role is full-time, 40-hours per week. Working to a flexible rota with a 30-minute break included.
