Description

This role aims to help give insights to an individual aiming to create a career in marketing and sales. Reporting to the BDR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our BDR team in creating leads and converting them into qualified sales opportunities. You will work closely with marketing, BDR and sales to define and develop plans to approach accounts accordingly to our sales funnel strategy. You will also be involved in our database management for your territory, dealing with inbound leads. From systems to marketing tactics to day-to-day prospects interactions, you will have an overview of the sales & marketing functions to prepare for your future.
This role will allow you to:

- Support SDRs and SDR Org by supplementing data sets, creating campaign content, and managing some ad hoc operational aspects of the job (lead routing, reporting projects, etc).
- Work closely with our sales reps, SDRs, and Marketing teams to support prospecting campaigns.
- Research customers and identify decision makers of potential prospects.
- Develop the skills necessary to profile, qualify and schedule appointments with key decision makers.
- Learn how to interact with prospects (articulate capabilities and advantages, manage and overcome prospects’ objections).

**Qualifications**:

- Interest in tech, with great communication skills
- You ideally have previous experience in sales (internship)
- You have a strong drive to succeed inside you
- Hands-on mentality paired with a high motivational spirit
