Healthcare Assistants Support Workers

Experienced Female Gujarati speaking Health Care Support Workers needed urgently in the Hinckley areas immediate start experience needed must have experience of working with people with Cerebral Palsy.

We have recently been awarded two long terms contracts in the Hinckley area to support two females who have Cerebral palsy.

You will be working in very specialised teams on some long-term contracts experience needed on a 1:1 basis the shifts patterns are as follows.

**Mon **6am to 7am Then 4 pm to 8pm

**Tue** 6am to 7am Then 4 pm to 8pm

**Wed** 6am to 7am Then 4 pm to 8pm

**Thu** 6am to 7am Then 4 pm to 8pm

**Fri **6am to 7am Then 4 pm to 8pm

**Sat** 10am to 12pm Then 4pm to 8pm

**Sun** 10am to 12pm Then 4pm to 8pm

Due to my client’s wishes and preferences, my they are looking for experienced healthcare support staff who can assist them with getting them ready in the mornings and assist with preparing fresh meals daily and cooking and general household/domestic tasks around their home and assisting them with personal care.

You must hold a current driving license and have access to a car as you will assisting my client’s and enable them to access the community and support them with shopping.

As part of your ongoing induction, we would require doing a few shadow shifts which will be paid.

The work is ongoing and continuous so rest assured there are plenty of hours if you can commit.

The hours we are looking from 3 hrs to 6 hours a day.

We do need to take work references DBS and any training certificates. You must be able to work and live in the UK.

Due to the existing support in place our client has recommended Gujarati speaking female staff as they would have to give personal care to our client’s we support.

We do pay up to £16.00 per hour on emergency shifts.

However, the vacancies range per hour from minimum £13.50 upwards depending on experience with a fuel allowance incorporated in the package.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of at least 2 years in similar care setting, working with people with cerebral palsy preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client’s locations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow care plans accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
