**Main Areas of Responsibility**
Your responsibilities will include
- Coordinating and supervising the independent study provision in the Sixth Form Study Centre, including managing behaviour
- Ensuring that reward points are awarded across the Sixth Form.
- Administration of daily detention lists and medium-term monitoring of detentions
- Running daily detentions
- Providing administrative support for behaviour systems and intervention programmes
- Supporting ICT with Sixth Form related ICT queries
- Inputting students’ timetables
- Overseeing home and independent study allocation
- Maintaining accurate information on the MIS
- Keeping up-to-date student contact information.
- Updating documents and spreadsheets on the shared drive
- Organising meetings and maintaining regular communication with parents
- Completing reference requests for previous students
- Producing proof of education letters
- Submitting student leaver details as directed by the Federation
- Maintaining sixth form student display board.
- Overseeing the recording and monitoring of sixth form attendance data
- Ensuring all registers are complete at the end of the day
- Tracking student attendance to lessons, assembly and extracurricular activities and implementing strategies to address attendance and punctuality concerns
- Supporting the Sixth Form Coordinator with administration for admissions and enrolment
- Liaising with Sports Academy coaches on late enrolments
- Supporting the organisation and implementation of KS5 events
- Supporting students with the transition between KS4 to KS5, year 12 to year 13 and year 13 to post-18 destinations

**Qualifications & Experience**
We would like to hear from you if you have:

- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent
- Knowledge of the behaviour for learning policies
- Knowledge of the range of barriers to learning that students face
- Training in child protection and safeguarding procedures
- Basic knowledge of first aid e.g. emergency first aid course
- Experience of working in an educational setting
- Experience of dealing successfully with a range of behaviour issues
- Experience of working with staff to ensure excellent behaviour for learning
- Experience of working with families
- Experience of working with young people and finding ways in which we can meet their needs more successfully
