Prestige Nursing & Care has provided home care for over 75 years and we have 35 local offices in England and Scotland. We look after a variety of clients in their own homes and we also work with local care homes, nursing homes and the NHS.

**Who will you be helping to make life better for?**

Diane lives in her own home,(with her husband) she has locked in syndrome is non verbal so requires full assistance with eating, drinking, moving and handling. She has an amazing sense of humour and enjoys a giggle with anyone who wants to join in. She loves shopping, has her own vehicle to get about in. She loves cooking, as in you will read all the ingredients out to her and she will then choose a recipe. She loves quizzes whether on tv on in a newspaper, and she is good at it. She loves nothing more in the summer than been outside all day relaxing and watching tennis. Experience in suction and peg feed would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided Diane is looking for someone to help with domestic tasks around the house, medication management and administration, and general emotional support.

We’re looking for:

- Six months’ paid experience in care
- Excellent communication skills
- A driver’s licence is an advantage but not a requirement
- Good professional and personal references
