Senior Perms Recruitment Consultant

Location: Manchester

**Salary**: £28,000 - £35,000 per year + commission

Full time - Permanent role

Due to investment and phenomenal growth, they are looking to expand sectors and are seeking the best specialist Recruitment Consultants out there.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Using proactive sales techniques to win new business and create long lasting client relationships
- Carry out client meeting either in person or via Teams
- Use a variety of sourcing strategies including Headhunting to find the best talent
- Secure and manage Retained Recruitment projects
- Proven in working towards and exceeding recruitment targets

**The Person**
- Experienced consultant used to managing permanent vacancies
- Proven track record in delivering a high-level Recruitment service
- Excellent organisational skills and able to work on multiple vacancies and manage a full pipeline
- Experienced Head-hunter and comfortable with Executive Search
- Strong communicator; written, telephone and face to face.
- Qualified CertRP, DipRP or other Recruitment qualification
- Must hold a full driving license and be prepared to travel on occasion
- Currently at Senior Consultant level and sector specialist -open to sector
