Have you got a commitment and willingness to help those in need?

We are looking for someone with the right “can do attitude” to help those experiencing housing difficulties across Carmarthenshire.

We need someone with passion for problem solving, care and understanding for those experiencing times of crisis. Someone with great organisation skills, compassion and great customer care skills. Have you got great listening skills, the ability to advocate on someone’s behalf and willingness to work with other agencies to resolve someone’s housing need.

Our Housing Options Advisor’s take on a range of different issues ranging from Housing legislation to helping someone find a private let.

If you feel that you are someone that can commit to helping others in a busy office environment we can provide you with the training and help you need to do the job.
