**Mobile Technicial Support Technician**
Our client, a well established and family owned private company are looking to recruit an experience Mobile Technical Support Technician
Their technical support team is on hand throughout every step of the process, from initial product advice to aftercare.
The team is the first port of call for vehicle technicians experiencing technical problems by analysing diagnostic codes and symptoms, basically a 'Turbo Doctor'.
They also offer an inspection and reporting service to diagnose faults with turbochargers and actuators, and their full written report for each inspection offers tailored advice on customer repair and servicing options.
Full product training will be provided in this position along with a new van which will be fully kitted out
Initially training will start within disassembly/re-assembly.
This is a hands-on job involving speaking with customers over the phone or visiting sites and seeing them face to face
You must be able to handle the demands of this very physical role
There may be some occasions you will driving to visit customers and offer technical support, but ALL expenses will be covered by the company

Working hours:

**Salary**:
£30k to start which will increase after 12 months along with your skillset and development
