**Integrate** has an exciting opportunity for a **HR & Training Administrator**to join their team. This**role is based in **Preston.**You will join us on a **part**time**(30 hours per week)**, permanent basis**and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of £12.21ph to 12.34 per hour (dependent upon experience).**

**As a HR & Training Administrator, your role and responsibilities will be**:

- You will play a critical role in managing and supporting the administrative aspects of our HR function.
- Respond promptly to HR/Training related inquiries and providing guidance and support on various employment/training matters.
- Issue employment contracts, job descriptions, and new starter documentation, verifying right-to-work, references, DBS checks and facilitating a smooth onboarding.
- Prepare payroll actions, new starters, changes to terms and conditions, leavers, absences and allowances.
- Update and maintain HR/Training databases and Staff e-files.
- Assist and support in schedule onboarding meetings and training sessions, making sure everything runs smoothly for the HR team and providing administrative duties.
- Work on HR projects as required, which will give you the chance to broaden your skills and contribute to larger HR initiatives.

- Intermediate IT Skills: You're comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs to stay organised and on track.
- Communication Skills: You’re an excellent communicator, both in writing and in person, and can easily build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Team Player: You enjoy working as part of a team and are focused on providing the best service to both the HR team and employees.
