Job Title: Laundry and Ironing AssistantJob Summary:
**Duties**:

- **Washing and Pressing**:

- Launder tablecloths, napkins, and chair sashes according to specified guidelines.
- Operate washing machines and dryers effectively to ensure clean and properly dried fabrics.
- **Ironing and Folding**:

- Press fabrics using appropriate ironing equipment to achieve a smooth finish.
- Fold and pack laundered items neatly and securely for storage or transport.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect laundered items for stains, tears, or imperfections before ironing.
- Ensure all items meet quality standards and are ready for event use.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of laundered items and inventory levels.
- Assist in inventory replenishment and stock management as needed.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Pay close attention to detail to identify and address any issues with laundered items.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with event setup teams to ensure timely delivery of laundered items.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to fulfil laundry requirements.
- **Adherence to Safety and Hygiene Standards**:

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling chemicals and operating equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the laundry area.
