Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with general service, providing excellent hospitality service, and supporting the overall functioning of the restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages
- Assist bartenders with mixing drinks and serving alcoholic beverages
- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Handle guest inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred, training will be provided if necessary
- Knowledge of food & drink preparation techniques and safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
