**About the role**

**Location**:Peterborough/Hybrid

As we prepare for AMP8, our most ambitious period yet, we’ll be delivering an even broader range of innovative and environmentally-driven infrastructure projects - from urban drainage to nature-based solutions like constructed wetlands.
**What you'll be doing**

As a **Utility Coordinator**, you’ll own the utility data process on your assigned projects from start to finish.

Main responsibilities will be:

- Be the go-to person for utility information throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review, manage, and present data using digital tools such as GIS and BIM 360 Docs.
- Collaborate with project teams, designers, and external partners to ensure utility data is fit for purpose.
- Identify efficiencies through our Global Support Team and propose innovative ways to streamline processes.
- Promote and champion utility best practices across the alliance.
- Support the onboarding of new starters, manage communications via our dedicated utility mailbox, and stay ahead of industry changes that impact how we work.

**Who we're looking for**

What you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in the construction or utilities sector.
- Confidence using digital tools like ArcGIS or BIM.
- Understanding of key industry documentation (e.g., HSG47, CDM Regs, PAS 128 & 256).
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
