**The Organisation**
I am delighted to be supporting an Accountancy practice with their search for an experienced Secretary to support a team of fee earners/partners.This is a busy role and requires a professional and experienced secretary who is used to working in a fast pacedenvironment.
**The Role**
**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Typing letters using templates or handwritten notes
- Drafting PowerPoint presentations using handwritten notes
- Saving client related information on a client management system - CCH
- Typing up reports for Partners and Managers
- Using “Smart Search” to locate client information during client take on process
- Paper document management including setting up paper files, filing and archiving
- Electronic document management
- Raising invoices/bills using CCH
- Taking phone messages for team members
- Sending client records using couriers
- Sending client documents to Companies House
- Assist with department filing, photocopying, scanning and document binding
- Providing reception, meeting room and switchboard cover as required
- Working with the other team secretaries, when necessary, to ensure that a full secretarial service is provided to all teams
- General team support/admin duties
- General UNW office support/admin duties eg: stationery ordering

**The Person**
Experience of working in a corporate organisation would be preferable with the following attributes and skills:

- Ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritise.
- Ability to be flexible and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Discretion.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- “Can do” attitude - to help out with a range of tasks around the offices.
- Professional manner.
- Willingness to learn and self motivated
- Digitally/IT savvy
- Ability to use MS Office including Word and Excel
