We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a leading Scottish Professional Services firm, to recruit a HR and Resourcing Advisor to join their team.

Based at our client’s office in Glasgow you will work closely with the HR Manager to provide support with recruitment, onboarding, training and policy development.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Lead on all recruitment
- Manage all onboarding activities
- Support with Payroll administration
- Provide general HR advice, prepare HR documentation
- Maintain HR and learning systems
- Generate HR reports for management
- Prepare contracts of employment, benefit updates and all other HR documentation
- Ensure all policies are updated firmwide
- Coordinate firmwide training programmes
- Support with all salary reviews and benchmarking
- Generalist HR advice and support

**Key skills**
- **CIPD qualified**:

- **Experience in a similar role**:

- **Knowledge of UK employment legislation**:

- First class communication skills both written and verbal
- A strong planner, highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong stakeholder management skills both internal and external
- Highly motivated, willing to go above and beyond
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Confidential and discreet

This is a full-time, permanent role working between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
