**The Role**

Our **Sales and Lettings negotiators** are skilled communicators who bring a personal touch to work every day, ensuring clients enjoy an exceptional level of service, passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property.

Here, you’ll enjoy a diverse role that will see you selling and letting properties, as well as encouraging clients to take advantage of our complete portfolio of property services.

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the best customer service possible.

If you’re a Negotiator (sales or lettings) with experience in property and ambitions to achieve even more, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to succeed.

If you share our passion and purpose and have some experience in this area, we’ll help to make sure you have everything else you need to succeed.

In return for your hard work you will have the opportunity to substantially increase your basic salary with an uncapped commission structure.

**This is a 5 day working week not 6 like many other Agency’s**
