Calex is a specialist training and consultancy organisation contracted to several market-leading automotive manufacturers. We are currently seeking to recruit a **Content and Configuration Lead **to join the team at Jaguar Land Rover.

The purpose of the role is to provide the LMS (Learning Management System) Content and Configuration team with a point of escalation for all Excellence queries and to help and support the Content and Configuration Supervisor in coordinating all work tasks in relation to;

**New configuration projects** - to become an SME in any new configuration projects such as EV workstreams, TNAs etc
The lead is also responsible for:

- Being a high-profile voice of the Content and Configuration team responsible for liaising with Global markets and pro-actively support them with any queries and / or issues they raise
- Manage the Content and Configuration teams ticket queue in FreshService ensuring SLAs are not breached and responses to any queries are timebound
- Accountable for any issues and escalations and ensuring they are managed quickly and effectively
- Becoming the key point of contact for internal and external authors who use the Global LMS to load and update assets
- Lead and support the team in providing 2nd line support to resolve queries relating to any learning assets or other associated content and configuration related queries
- Supporting the Content and Configuration Supervisor with Learner Journey builds/amends/updates/communications and support / lead on all associated meetings
- Mentoring any newly on-boarded members of staff and assisting with the ongoing development of the team on any Content specific tasks
- Ensuring any newly implemented processes are documented and maintained in accordance with the business templates (this includes version control)
- Assisting with the preparation of any reports / slide decks for the respective (monthly) senior governance meetings and attending upon request (gaining a thorough understanding of key metrics for senior management)
- Attending bi-weekly calls with market representatives and creating slide decks where required
- Work with key stakeholders / other business owners to support query resolution

**Salary**

Circa 32K depending on experience, plus employee benefits package.

**Location**

This is a hybrid role with a mixture of working from home and our offices in the Midlands area.
