As a Customer Resolution Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer satisfaction is met so when order is placed, they received a prompt and timely invoice. This will include speaking with internal and external customers to ensure that systems are updated correctly. The role resides with the current Quality and Customer resolution team who are passionate about our customers.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Confirming that all sales orders are to be expedited so our customers are communicated with the most up to date amendments to their orders
- Liasing with the company Quality Assurance team to highlight any suggestions for further checks
- Effective usage of internal programmes and system navigations
- To assure issues or problems are resolved on the front end of the process
- Support the leadership and wider Central Customer Services to develop and suggest areas of improvements
- General/adhoc responsibilities
- Ensuring that the company is represented professionally in all communication methods including correct use of English language and grammar.

You will champion customer satisfaction as a key business driver in excelling and maintaining customer expectations, recognising Cromwell as a centre of excellence within the industry. You will play a part in providing an exceptional Customer Experience in line with the Cromwell 5-year strategy plan.
