**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of hospitality that our restaurant is known for.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating excellent guest service skills.
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as required, adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.
- Upsell menu items by providing recommendations and sharing knowledge about specials or promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service while maintaining quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary basics is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Time management skills are essential to ensure efficient service delivery.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and work as part of a team.
