Allstaff Office Services are delighted to be working exclusively with our client based in Glasgow for a Sales Support Administrator. Hours Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.
The Sales & Support Administrator will have a passion for inbound sales, servicing new prospects and existing clients, and thrive on a busy, fast-pasted workload.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Attention to detail with a passion for great customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good head for numbers
Your role:
- Source and recommend products
- Quote clients and monitor progress from order to delivery
- Maintain client and supplier databases
- Gain product knowledge through supplier visits, consultations and presentations
- Deliver first class service to clients and suppliers
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Work as part of a team to help colleagues with fulfilment tasks
