This is a key role in the business and the face and voice of Clive’s to our many trade customers, suppliers and consumers. Supporting the Production Planner (covering holiday) and the Manager, this role has two key responsibilities: the planning and execution of the production process from receipt of customer sales order through to delivery and all associated administration, along with the purchasing of our ingredients, consumables and stationery. This varied role requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, and to work on a range of duties concurrently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing a warm welcome to Clive’s as the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries and visitors.
- Production administration, including planning, processing customer orders, liaising with the kitchen with weigh sheets, through to invoicing (printed and online portals) and ensuring a timely delivery to the customer.
- Monitoring sales by product, interpreting data to assist forecasting orders and ingredient demand.
- Booking and tracking all customer deliveries, through third party hauliers.
- Ordering all ingredients, consumables, stationery, etc, ensuring goods received as expected and as ordered, taking action as required, and submitting complete documentation to the Finance Manager for payment.
- Providing excellent customer service to all Clive’s customers - from receiving trade customer orders through to delivery to their site, and handling any consumer correspondence - all in accordance with Clive’s brand values.
- Retain accurate records of ingredients usage.
- Support Production Manager as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Previous office management experience
- Thorough knowledge of Excel and word
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task and prioritise workload

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
